OUR MISSION

In the field of power electronics and energy conversion systems; to educate qualified engineers and researchers at undergraduate and graduate levels by combining theoretical knowledge with a strong laboratory infrastructure. By integrating scientific curiosity with industrial needs, we aim to contribute to national technological advancement through TÜBİTAK and ITU BAP funded projects and to develop sustainable energy solutions.

OUR VISION

To become a leading research center that shapes power electronics technologies at national and international levels and establishes a strong bridge between academia and industry. Through innovative topologies, advanced control techniques, and efficient energy conversion systems, we aim to add value to the global literature and play a key role in Türkiye’s technological independence as a center of excellence.

Laboratory Activity Areas

🎓 Education and Student Laboratories

Comprehensive laboratory setups and semester projects that provide undergraduate students with hands-on training in the fundamentals of power electronics (rectifiers, inverters, converters).

🔬 Academic Research and Projects

Advanced R&D projects and scientific publications conducted within the scope of Master’s and PhD studies, supported by TÜBİTAK and ITU BAP funds, contributing to the scientific literature.

🏭 University–Industry Collaboration

Joint projects carried out with leading companies in the sector, consultancy services, and innovative engineering approaches aimed at solving industrial challenges.

⚙️ Prototype Validation and Testing

Advanced measurement infrastructure for performing efficiency, harmonic analysis, thermal performance, and stability tests of developed power converter prototypes.
